amazing location, modern rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, and central to everything we needed. The previous stay in Bialka Tatrzanska was great, but Novobilski - Obok Termy Bania exceeded our expectations this carnival with their superb service and convenient amenities.

The hotel's location is perfect for skiers, with easy access to the slopes and a convenient bus stop nearby. the beds are exceptionally comfortable and the rooms are stylish and quite modern. the breakfast buffet has a nice variety, including excellent scrambled eggs and tasty delicacies. the staff is kind and helpful, and there are even opportunities to go on horse, drawn sleigh rides through the area.

The hotel is not well, equipped for English, speaking guests, with little English spoken by the staff and a general lack of translation for important signs and menus.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices and fresh options available. The location was perfect for accessing the nearby ski slopes and thermal park, and there was free parking available which was a bonus. The rooms were also a good size, providing enough space to comfortably move around in.

there was no air conditioning which was an issue during the hot days, and the underfloor heating in the carpeted rooms did not work well. the hotel was average with some great features and some areas that need improvement.

The hotel was conveniently located near ski slopes, thermal-water park, and restaurants, making it a perfect spot for travelers like me who didn't want to walk or drive far. I liked that the room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff, despite their limited English, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I recently stayed at Novobilski - Obok Termy Bania for a skiing trip and it was the perfect choice. The hotel's location was fantastic - just a few steps away from the ski slopes and thermal-water park. Everything we needed was within a five-minute walk. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a good selection of fresh and tasty food. Despite not all staff members speaking English, they were all helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to ski!

The ski-in/ski-out access was perfect for us skiers, and the ski shuttle made it so easy to get to the slopes. We also loved the ski equipment rentals - no need to bring our own gear! Plus, the hotel was so close to Termy Bania, the coolest water park ever. We had a blast sliding down the crazy water slides and chilling in the thermal pools. Best vacation ever!

The only thing we would've liked more of was late-night fun. The restaurant/bar closed at 10 pm, so there wasn't much of a night life scene.

We also dined at the hotel's restaurant for lunch and dinner and were blown away by the quality of the food. We tried eleven different dishes from the menu and none of them disappointed - the taste and portion sizes were exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room was also impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

What an amazing Easter break we had! the hotel was perfectly located, just a stone's throw away from the slopes which made skiing a breeze. We loved the clean rooms with very comfortable beds. the ski room was great for storing all our gear. We enjoyed the fantastic food, it was always fresh and had a great variety to choose from!

We were a little disappointed that there wasn't much translation available. We struggled to understand some of the signs and there were no English TV channels.
